Pledge Terms:

Payment of any pledge to TA constitutes acknoledgement, understanding and acceptance of the following:

1. TA is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit that A) teaches innovation management best practices to people who desire to enter or grow within the innovation management services industry, and B) maintains a member-to-member innovation management services marketplace that allows members to buy, distribute and sell services at special member-to-member terms,
2. All funds collected by TA will be administered to educate TA’s members and facilitate the member-to-member marketplace,
3. Pledges may be tax deductible as can be confirmed by the pledge maker’s tax advisor, and
4. Pledges are prepaid and final. Under no circumstances will any pledge be refunded.
